Sebagian besar pemasaran tidak gagal karena idenya buruk. Ia gagal karena pekerjaan di tengahnya — infrastrukturnya, auditnya, bagian lambat yang tidak glamor — dilewatkan.
Kami mendirikan BigEvo pada 2014 untuk mengerjakan bagian tengah itu. Sebelas tahun kemudian, pekerjaannya masih sebagian besar bagian tengah itu. Kami hanya makin mahir — dan angkanya pun ikut membaik.
